PenguzzlePrivacy Policy
Penguzzle collects nothing about you. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDK of any kind. This page exists because the App Store requires every app to have one, not because there is much to say.
What is collected
Nothing. Penguzzle does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, usage data, device identifier, or contact detail. There is no sign-up and no way to create an account.
What is stored, and where
The game keeps your progress — solved puzzles, best times, your Daily streak, your fish and power-ups, and your settings — on your device, using Apple's standard app storage. None of it is sent to us. We have no server, and there is nothing for us to look at.
iCloud
If you are signed in to iCloud, the game uses Apple's iCloud key-value storage so your progress follows you to your other Apple devices. That data lives in your iCloud account, under Apple's privacy terms, and we cannot read it. Turning iCloud off simply means your progress stays on one device.
Game Center
If you are signed in to Game Center, your Daily Floe time and your longest streak are submitted to Apple's leaderboards, where your Game Center nickname is shown to other players. That is a feature of Apple's Game Center, and it is covered by Apple's privacy policy. If you are not signed in, nothing is submitted and the game works exactly the same. We never see your Apple Account.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, your payment details, or your address — only whether a purchase was completed, which Apple tells the app directly on your device.
Notifications
The optional daily reminder is scheduled by your own device, locally. It is not a push notification, nothing leaves your phone to produce it, and we are not involved in sending it. You can turn it off in the game's settings or in iOS Settings at any time.
Children
Penguzzle is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, children included. It is not directed at children under 13 as its primary audience, and it has no chat, no user -generated content, and no web browsing.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. If a future version of the game ever collected anything, that change would be described here before it shipped.
